The Question Every Overwhelmed Woman Needs to Ask

Let me tell you a quick story.
I once had a client tell me, “I don’t even know what I want anymore. I just know this isn’t it.”
(If you’ve ever said something similar, you’re not alone.)
She was exhausted. Burned out. Drowning in to-do lists, family needs, and that low hum of “is this really it?”
And what we uncovered in coaching wasn’t that she needed more productivity hacks or another calendar app.
She needed to remember her WHY.
Because when you DON'T know your WHY, even small tasks feel heavy.
But when you DO know your WHY, even the hard stuff feels worth it.

Your WHY is the emotional reason behind the goal.
It’s the heartbeat behind the habit.
Not just “I want to lose weight.”
But: “I want to feel proud of the woman I see in the mirror.”
Not just “I want to leave this job.”
But: “I want to stop living for weekends and actually feel excited on a Tuesday.”
How to Start Finding Yours:
1. Ask “What do I want?”
Sounds simple. But be honest. Not “what should I want?” or “what does everyone else need from me?” But what do YOU want?
What can you spend hours doing and time just flies by
What lights you up and makes you feel alive?
What's something you used to do, that you think you remember enjoying?
2. Ask “Why does that matter to me?”
Drill down. Keep asking why until you hit the truth that makes your chest tighten a little or your eyes water. That’s the good stuff.
If you love crafting, why do you love it? Is it the alone time? The creativity? That you love making things for other people? Or that you love creating something out of nothing?
Keep digging until you figure out why it matters to you.
3. Remember: It can evolve.
Your WHY at 25 is different than your WHY at 45. And that’s not flaky, it’s growth.
You don’t need to have all the answers today.
But if you feel stuck, lost, or like you’re constantly putting yourself last… it might be time to get reconnected to your WHY.
And if you want someone to walk through that discovery process with you? I’m here. This is literally what I do. It's my sweet spot. And I love seeing women light up when they figure it out.
